Kala X Vinny
Kala x Vinny puppies arrived 10/23/23. Kala delivered 6 girls and 2 boys. This pairing temperament will be candidates for therapy dogs and will be fluffy white, blocky head and just adorable. This is a full European lineage litter and thus will have a 40% less statistical change of cancer that has been proven in this European line.
Day 1
Kala is a 1st time mom and did amazing whelping her pups on 10/23/23 to 6 girls and 2 boys. Everyone is doing very well and mom is trying to get a little bit of sleep.
Day 2
Momma Kala and babies are settling in nicely . Kala is getting used to being a new mom and she is keeping them “very” clean! Kala is learning to leave them for a few minutes to go potty, eat and get a few pets from one of her humans while the other human cleans her whelping pen.
We are weighing the babies daily and all 8 are consistently gaining weight (they have been weighed 3 times, birth + plus two morning) which helps us understand their health and also momma’s milk production to ensure they are getting adequate nutrition. We also track daily intake water and puppy food for momma Kala ensure she is healing and getting enough calories or getting dehydrated.
Week 1
1 week old today! All 6 girls and 2 boys are growing and doing what puppies do, GROWING! These pups are the cutest chunks and are vocal for momma.
11 Days Old
These pups are so adorable and only 11 days old but growing so quickly! We are seeing a few eyes beginning to open and even beginning to stand on all fours. It won’t be long before they are running around!
Week 2
Kala x Vinny little bundles of joy are two weeks old today! They are starting to walk and their eyes are open…. BUT their priorities are spending most of their time eating and sleeping. Little Miss Blue has led the pack on being first to walk. Miss Black and Mr. Red were the first to open their eyes.
Week 3
These beauties have something to say so be sure to turn up your volume.
4 week Pupdate
All 8 puppies are a creamy almost white color and starting to fill out and get their fluff. They look like little polar bears and are so fun to cuddle. They are all walking, have their eyes open, hearing very well (they all come over when talking to them) and potting without momma's help. They are also discovering toys and balls.
4 weeks old today and are learning how to play!
5 Weeks Old Today!
These Kala x Vinny AKC Golden Retriever pups are getting their fluff, running and playing, becoming very snuggly and their personalities are really starting to show. These pups are going to be beautiful creamy white.
1st outside playtime today!
They sure love to romp, jump, bounce, roll and bark.
